Ver en Cuevana. A son leaves his widowed poor mother to make a fortune and promises to return for her. He rises up the ranks and even marries royalty but his promise is soon forgotten. When he returns to his homeland, he refuses to acknowledge her and his callous ways leads to tragedy.
